At Hop Alliance, we take pride in the quality of our brewing ingredients; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and shelf-stable products. Due to the perishable nature of certain hops and yeast, please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with freshness or shipping damage.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
Verification and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; please include the RMA slip inside the box.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned ingredients, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
