How are your hops packaged to ensure freshness?
All of our hops are nitrogen-flushed and vacuum-sealed in high-barrier foil packaging to prevent oxidation and preserve essential oils and aromas.
What is the shelf life of your hop products?
When stored in original sealed packaging at temperatures below 32°F (0°C), our hop pellets typically maintain their quality for up to 3 years from the harvest date.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer bulk discounts for commercial breweries?

What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of hops, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or do not match the COA (Certificate of Analysis) provided. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Are your hops tested for alpha and beta acid content?
Every hop variety we sell undergoes rigorous laboratory testing. Detailed Certificates of Analysis (COA) including alpha, beta, and oil content are available upon request for every lot.
